Meet the Maker

Hi there! I'm Summer Prentiss, the owner and maker behind Keep it Kind Creative.

I was born in Texas and raised in western Oklahoma. After finishing my undergrad at Oklahoma State University, I received a master's degree in Non Profit Leadership from OCU. I currently reside in Austin, TX with my family and two pups. I am actively involved in the non profit sector and work closely with local community initiatives.

When I am not creating, you can find me in the gym, traveling or relaxing with a book in hand. From sandy beaches to snowcapped mountains, we always enjoy a fun adventure. Loving the journey as much as the destination is always the goal.

My crafty roots run deep as I have been creating since I was young, always busy with fun projects and DIYs. After much encouragement and support from my other half, I have decided to share my creations in hopes that you might find inspiration and encouragement to spread kindness.
